One-to-one support from Jackie Moran, a therapist serving Kilmaine. See the focus areas and next step before you book.

Sessions and fees
Before beginning, agree the session format and length, fees, payment and cancellation arrangements, confidentiality and its limits, and how to raise a concern. Consent and suitability are reviewed as the work continues.
Your first message can simply ask about availability and an initial call. The call length and any fee are agreed separately; an enquiry does not confirm an appointment.
Arrange an initial phone call to ask questions and discuss whether working together is suitable. Confirm the call length and any fee before it takes place.
Telephone therapy may be arranged after discussing suitability, privacy and how sessions will work. Agree a private place, who calls whom, and what to do if the connection drops or urgent support is needed.
Before telephone therapy begins, Jacqueline needs to confirm that the work is within her remote-practice competence, supervision and insurance cover. Sensitive details belong in the agreed therapy session, rather than an initial enquiry or voicemail.
An extended in-person session offers more time within an appointment. The length, pace, breaks and fee are agreed beforehand and reviewed together. A longer session does not guarantee fewer visits or faster progress.
If difficult or traumatic experiences are part of what brings you to therapy, discuss an appropriate approach with Jacqueline first. Any trauma work must be within her training, experience and supervision. You can pause, change the pace or review the plan; another service may be more suitable.
